There is a lovely restaurant onsite for inside/outside dining which is very convenient. All transportation is arranged quickly with prompt on-time service. "Owner/manager and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We visited in the off-season, so there was remodeling being done to the main dining area. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared newly remodeled. The accommodation is in a village setting so we heard roosters and dogs periodically. Location is walking distance to several small cafes and a short drive to historical sites. Very pleased and would stay here again."

"This hotel is average . I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband . We noticed a lot of refurbishments work being carried out in the hotel during our stay. This hotel has all the facilities including a fully equipped gym and spa. The main reception area , main pool and our room were stunning and excellent. However, a fair amount of repair and refurbishments are required in other areas . We especially loved the thermal pool, ( the local area is known for natural hot springs ) however, this...

Our AC didn't even work properly and when we told the person at reception his comment was “you should of told us earlier” and was so rude to my husband. "Very conveniently located across the street from the main bus terminal, so easy to get to Pamukkale by a Dolmus and catch an intercity bus. Rooms are clean and spacious for a Turkish hotel.
