"Cet hotel était autrefois très bien (je lui avais meme mis 9/10 dans une review sur un autre site! ) Mais depuis qu'ils ont changé de nom les choses se sont dégradé: plus de room service, spa qui semble définitivement fermé. En trois semaine de séjours je n'ai jamais eu d'eau chaude dans la douche. Mais le pire reste l'attitude particulièrement rude de certains membres du personnels. Certains sont avenant et sympathique comme la manager chinoise et le khmer de la réception ,d'autre comme...

"We booked the penthouse with terrace and it had one of the best views we have ever had - we loved watching the little tourist boats ply back and forth, very pretty especially in the early evening. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The shower was probably the best of our entire trip round S E Asia. And there is free filtered water in the lobby. Would definitely recommend!"
