"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely stay at this hotel again, in the summer time so that we can swim in the Black Sea and the hotel pool. thank you from Australia "

"The hotel is fantastic! Seems to be right at the heart of all the activity. It’s right across the street from a beautiful mosque and next door to a shopping mall. Uber/taxi services are easily available. Only downside is the traffic congestion right in downtown which impacts travel near the hotel. Overall this is a great spot though. "

"Helpful staff. I was able to check into my flight early due to their assistance and check my bags early. Room was ready when I arrived. I was able to sleep, shower, watch TV and relax. Breakfast inside the hotel is excellent - the hotel restaurant/bar overall is very good. In general the staff is helpful, smart and quick to problem solve. It's pricey but I'd stay here again when I have a long layover."
