"This hotel is a beautiful new construction at time of writing along the Surrey Civic Centre. The staff were very helpful and upgraded us as well as ensured we had everything we needed (as special callout goes to Chad!). The property is a ways outside of Vancouver downtown but is easily accessible by the SkyTrain which stops just below the building. We had a large earthquake strike the area while we were there and though we could feel it on floor 15 the building held up well."

"This was a great place to stay while we explored Surrey and Burnaby. The room was clean and ideal for our family of 2 kids, 2 adults. Breakfast was really good compared to what BW's in the US offer. The staff were helpful and friendly and we even got a welcome goody bag. Can't say enough good things about this place."
