"Room was clean and the staff were great. I had to extend my stay by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. When checking in for the 3rd night, I was asked how things were and I mentioned the hotel was good but I had a hospital issue. I was given a bag with a a water and bag of popcorn in it. I thought that was nice."

"I am a family of five and we had a wonderful time at Sonesta. This is an apartment style hotel where my unit had two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a common/living room. This ensured we had our space while still enjoying time as a family. The location is close to Highway 407 and 404, which made moving around easier. The hotel is nearby a Walmart, Tim Hortons and other important stores. The entire team at Sonesta was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service....

"Great location—very close to 404 and 407. Close to First Markham Place with its cornucopia of eateries. Beds were comfortable. Washroom was small and somewhat dark. Liquid hand soap rather than a bar soap was a plus. The completely breakfast was very good. Staff was wonderful."
