"We made a last minute reservation due to a cancelled flight. They were able to accommodate us without issue. Check in was fast, room large and comfortable and staff very friendly. Steak restaurant and buffet both had excellent food and I love that the specialty restaurants don't require reservations!!"

"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. Large pool area with entertainment, fun and exercise. Evening entertainment in lobby, beach and theater. Great place, looking forward to going back. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Pool area and beach were great. Our concierge was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay and they decorated our room and left us champagne which we really appreciated. Loved the pizza restaurant for lunch. Would definitely stay again."
