The hotel was very modern with upscale decor. The toilet seat had a sensor that knew when you entered the bathroom. The restaurant had sweeping views of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Montevideo. The views are beautiful, and the hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety including hot options. We didn't use the amenities, but we really enjoyed the lounge downstairs. It was a lovely space, and the service there was excellent. Overall, a great experience!
It’s a great place, has lots of amenities (indoor pool, outdoor, gym, play room, office space, etc. the rooms are very spacious and in great condition. The location is also fantastic, less than one block away from the water and close to tons of really nice restaurants and a big mall that has everything you may need.
I had a wonderful stay at FAUNA Montevideo. The hosts were very helpful with check-in and check-out. They also had nice attention to details that made the stay even better such as water in the fridge, pleasant music in the lounge, drinks, and snacks. The decor of the hotel is great! The location was close to everything I wanted to see, so I could walk everywhere. Overall, great stay! Thanks!

The staff are very friendly and professional and all things considered, I extended my stay because of the quality here. Normally I do not like staying in hotels more than 1 week. I could be happy here for a month or more.

I thought this hotel was a great value. It looked and felt very luxurious for the money, and the service was great from the very start. Carrini (sp?) in particular was very helpful. We had our 20 month old, and they went out of their way to accommodate us. They also gave us a great room, with a wonderful deck and view. The location was perfect for accessing all the interesting sights around town, as well as great markets and restaurants. When we come back to Montevideo, we will always stay here....
Charming art nouveau hotel in the middle of Ciudad Vieja. Owned and operated by a single family. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing decor that will take you back in time. Very unique and pleasing experience. Easy and enjoyable walk to any of the Ciudad Vieja sights, cafes, and slightly longer walk to Mercado del Puerto historic market filled with excellent parrilladas. Can't beat the price.
Beautiful bed and breakfast. We loved the attic room. So spacious with comfy king bed, wooden stove, cast iron soaking tub. Staff were fantastic, owners welcoming. Even provided room service or we can dine in restaurant. Lovely garden and pool. Will be returning .
