Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit.
Great stay
We loved our stay at the Fairfield airport hotel! Breakfast was abundant and delicious, staff was kind and thoughtful, our room was spacious and comfortable! Would highly recommend!!
The hotel was great! We arrived late at the hotel for only one night stay during the road trip. The staff at concierge and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. We also got our vehicle charged overnight with reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
We'd definitely stay again! The location is perfect if your priorities are seeing Parliament and experiencing the amazing restaurants and shops on Elgin street. We visited in February and everything we wanted to see/do was within a 25 min walk.
The staff were really lovely and happy to make recommendations -- especially the valets. The pool and hot tub are nice.
Only drawback(s) were we thought all rooms came with robes and slippers, which we were looking forward to for before/after the pool...
We spent 2 nights at the Moxy during Labour Day weekend. Great location , fresh and clean hotel. Staff were great and friendly. Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant. Only a couple of things to comment from a design perspective only because I do renovation work myself and do not expect changes. 1. The dark light switches on dark wall background difficult to see. 2. the split of the 2 beds divided by restroom in between is great design however the accent lighting has 1 switch only at door...
Room was extremely clean. Amenities were good, we had a King room with a sofa bed located on the 10th floor. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were awesome! All staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly. Hotel seemed on the newer side. Restaurant and bar, can’t comment because we didn’t use either. Hotel location was easy to get to and very close to the casino. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
I stayed in a room with shared bathroom at Rideau Inn for four nights. The building was more than 100 years old but nevertheless in good condition. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Internet speed was pretty fast, too.
Breakfast was equal to or better than what is usually served at Holiday Inn or comfort Inn, etc. There was plenty of choices for milk, cereal, yogurt, bread, fruits, plus coissant, and blueberry cake (I think?). There might be more items but I...
This our "go to" hotel in Ottawa. The suites are perfect for families or those who like to prepare some of their own meals. The pool and hot tub make for a great rest and fun for the kids/teens. The location can't be beat - especially if you plan to skate the canal in winter or bike it in the summer.
The cleanliness of the room and specially the bathroom is perfect.
The service is so good, the couple in the house are extremely kind and helpful, they recommend very good attractions and also restaurants.
The only inconvenient would be the comfort of the bed, in my opinion it could be better.
The location is just excellent, 15 minute walk to the Parliament.
