Super nice staff, accommodated an early check-in, and were very helpful with the gym. The mattress was probably one of the best i have ever slept on. Nice, quiet location right next to the tram and under 15 minutes from the old town.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. My daughter decided to accompany me so I contacted the hotel and they gave me a bigger room with no additional charge! We got free water, coffee, tea on daily basis. It did have AC ( not mentioned in hotel description), refrigerator, blow dryer, and there’s a microwave on the main floor. If you need an amazing hotel for a night before your flight, this is the place! Modern looking rooms, spatious, awesome! Also, the dinner was amazing: you could enjoy Polish dishes with a great chef touch -- simply delicious! And breakfest was very tasty too (free, included with the price) -- great selection.

Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.

No more free parking nearby the city of Krakow is destroying its own success.

The Golden Queen greatly exceeded my expectations for such a reasonable price. It was a beautiful room with two floors and a large tub. The staff was very helpful. They helped me find a rental car last minute. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. Perfect location: across the street from the Central station and on the other side is Old Town. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. My daughter decided to come along so I contacted the hotel and there added her without any extra charge. They had coffee and tea as well as a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room. They did not have an elevator and no way to convert the English- speaking TV show to English subtitles or translation. However, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated.
