Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.

The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money. The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage. Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.

I wish we had stayed longer but we stayed only one night and the hotel and the room were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wish I stayed longer. In my short time here, the staff was more than welcoming, helpful and just plain lovely. The space was clean and comfortable and who can beat a room with a view! I def am planning on going back!

Very nice hotel and good location

We wanted stay in a lively atmosphere and Else did not disappoint. Pros: The breakfast was amazing, great service and the bed was top notch and hotel furniture is of great taste. Great pool area with interesting view. Tips to improve: Rooms carpets need some deep cleaning. Bar drinks are on the light side. I am very happy and would gladly stay again.

The Traveler’s Ark was excellent. It is above the Petaling Market in Chinatown and the n the center of everything. Great views from the roof deck. We enjoyed the lounge/ coffee bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make a great latte. Lounge is filled with a range of characters— many who appear to be digital nomads. The room was simple but nice. We had a private bath and our own gecko near the coffee service :). The only little complaint is that it would be nice to have a soap...

Beautiful design, every possible amenity, spacious rooms that feel very open, stunning views of this cosmopolitan city, impeccable service. Also, hotel gyms are rarely good, but this one was excellent. Additionally, the pool area is stunning. I will return to this hotel when visiting KL in future.
