"Best hotel in Agadir, in our opinion! It’s our second time here, we love this hotel! Staff is extremely kind, helpful and professional. Room is spacious and clean, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet is superb with many choices. Located in a quiet and calm neighborhood, perfect to reach every part of the city. SPA is wonderful, we had a relaxing massage and the hammam, very good service, amazing treatments. SPA staff is very nice and professional too, special mention to Madame...

"Fantastic location within easy reach of the souk and the marina. The hotel is utterly stunning and the room we had was an incredible view. Lovely service with massive shout out to the bar staff who couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive. "

"First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely...

"This place is incredibly good value the food is fantastic and the staff just so lovely. Lots of entertainment if you want it easy to access the free bar and the restaurant if you choose the right spot does feel like a restaurant table service and great waiters. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back"

"back from trip round Morocco by plane, train & bus. nice room over entrance with balcony & sea view (& less traffic noise). weather better this trip & enjoyed pool (never a problem getting lounger or sunshade). football on tv in lounge & bar most nights, I ate out several nights & there were a dozen restaurants (most no alcohol) within 10 minutes walk, also Nicholas wine shop at top of hill. thoroughly recommend Oasis hotel "

"I came back here because of the staff and location last time, and I just like this hotel. Let’s face it, the property is not perfect but the property was clean, and where it was not entirely up to scratch staff fixed it immediately. I will likely continue to come here going forward. Note though that there’s music outside at night time as there, but personally I feel it adds to the holiday vibe. Definitely a great experience overall."

"Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles"

"Everything was shut down. I reckoned that it could have been because of the Ramadan but other places were open and serving meals etc. The doors are rotten and needs urgent attention The bed liner was dusting and towers were worn out. Bedbugs were also found in the bed and ants on the sink in the bathroom. The hotel needs urgent attention and help if it must survive or makes it past another year. "

L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence"
