"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"Staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean and nice room. It is a bit out of the way so a car is recommended but as a base to get around it is perfect. 5 minutes to the GC1 which links the capital Las Palmas to the sunny resorts and beaches in the south, about a 30 minute drive away. "The apartment was very well stocked with cooking equipment. The pools and facilities were exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable. The activities on offer were fun and there was so much to do. The instructors were amazing, all the staff were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast buffet was excellent with such a huge selection for all dietary needs. I cannot rate this accommodation highly enough! "

"The hotel is both imposing and stunning, but sits well amidst beautifully landscaped pools and tropical gardens of swaying palms and parrots in the trees. Best location, close to lots of shopping/restaurants and the beach and dunes. The Unique Club breakfasts were fantastic, but overall the food offering is rather average, but the prices are fairly reasonable for a hotel of this class. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Hotel consists of a main building and an annex. Reception is actually at level 7 accessed via calle Helsinki. There is a card access gate at level 1 to go to beach. Hotel facilitated a move from annex to main building after day 1. Loved second room. Good breakfast selection. Elevator did a couple of odd things during our stay and one not in use."
