"The minute we stepped foot in the building the hospitality was so sweet. From the front desk clerk to even the manager to the girls upstairs in the pool deck. My family felt very welcomed. The hotel was so close to everything! So taking the Ubers and taxi was not expensive at all. My son fell in love with a sweet dog that would not leave the front of the building and looks that the staff and care for him as well. It was the sweetest thing. Our room was a vibe! Very beautiful decoration all around from outside of building to the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and very cultural. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and looking for a place to stay. Bondo Hometel is definitely the place!"

We want to extend a huge thank you to the entire team for looking after us so well—especially Alfonso at the front desk for ensuring our stay was flawless, the attentive restaurant staff, and Andreas from housekeeping for keeping our room spotlessly clean every day. Stunning Rooftop Oasis: The rooftop pool was easily the highlight of the whole property. It is impeccably maintained, offers spectacular panoramic views, and provided the perfect, peaceful escape to cool down and unwind after a day of exploring. Convenient Location & Great Food: The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, placing us within easy walking distance of major local attractions and fantastic restaurants. The morning breakfast was another high point—always fresh and packed with a wide variety of options. Summary: This property completely exceeded our expectations thanks to its wonderful staff, beautiful amenities, and perfect location. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and cannot wait to come back!"

"We stayed at Getsemaní Hotel in March and had a wonderful overall experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to so many incredible restaurants, attractions, and neighborhoods, making it easy to explore Cartagena on foot. One thing that really stood out was the front door staff. They were always friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and eager to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The only downsides were that there was construction taking place right on the corner during our stay, which created some noise, although that's obviously outside of the hotel's control. My biggest suggestion for improvement would be the pool and bar experience. There didn't seem to be enough staff available, so service was slower than expected. It would also be nice if music started earlier by the pool. Guests relaxing poolside at 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. should be able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with music rather than waiting until later in the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Getsemaní Hotel. The beautiful property, outstanding location, and exceptional hospitality from the staff made it a memorable stay. With a few improvements to the pool experience, it would easily be a five-star hotel."
