"I have always stayed in this hotel when I go to Colombia. This time it I went with three friends a we struggle because the hotel did not have hot water. The water is very cold. The rooms need some TLC because the wood looks pretty run down almost everywhere in the bathroom. In our rooom 502 only two electrical outlets worked so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and kept the TV disconnected to use that as an extra outlet.Also the sexta street is Perth abandoned. That is one of the reason I usually stay here. The staff in this hotel is awesome, everyone is very nice and their morning breakfast are delicious. If you don’t mind cold water then this is an okay place to stay. We are used to have warm water so we won’t be staying at Versalles hotel again."
