This Hotel is wonderful in every way! The staff was very accommodating and surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which had a huge balcony, kitchen, 2 baths and a living room. Did I mention 2 TVs! The breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh fruit, which I appreciated, meats, cheeses, eggs, assortment of breads and pastries. Its a great hotel. Worth every penny and more. It is an apartment which has 3 rooms. We were put in the room with King bed. There were 2 bathrooms shared between 3 rooms. but since one room was empty, we were given one bathroom with no one sharing with us. the room was very clean and everything was smelling fresh and new. it was very comfy. the apartment has a kitchen, which we used to make vegetarian food for us. the super market is just below the building so you can get the groceries and cook....
A little unusual since we had no contact at all other than an email with a code and room number. Other than a lack of a shelf in the bathroom, it was really nice. I would use them again if returning to Bern.
Rooms are small and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Bathroom small and very neat. Quiet and good location. Hotel gave us a free transportation card for bus and tram for downtown. Bern is a beautiful city.
Regarding the price that I paied the hotel was very good. It is not far from centre and the breakfast was perfect. I will go there again if i want yo visit there again in the future.
