Room was very clean and modern. Convenient to where I was visiting. There were really no amenities, services,or even staff on hand, but it all worked out perfectly. Comfortable bed and pillow.

Loved the free underground parking and self-check in/out. Room surpassed my expectations. Nespresso machine was a nice touch.

The main attraction of this hotel is the view. It is incredible and cannot be beat. Breakfast was nice also. Automated check in was easy but took me a few minutes to find notes about where to park. Overall a great stay.

Self check in was a bit tricky- one of our reservations easily came up on the computer, but the other didn't (we had 2 rooms). However, a call to the number located on check in and the person on the other end quickly got it sorted and checked us in. The location was BEAUTIFUL, with mountains around us, a waterfall next door and Brown Swiss cows with their cowbells on the hill outside our windows. Very nice rooms, firm bed and excellent breakfast. Dinner was very good, too, with excellent service. Location is one minute from bus and boat stop and the lake.

Das Hotel at Säntis is nothing like a 3* hotel. I would give it 4 1/2* for sure. From check in to check out the staff looks sfter you, is super friendly and help ful. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. View of the mountain is stunning. The restaurant serves a very good breakfast buffet as well as dinner. Quality of the food is very high using a lot of regionally sourced products, inclusing cheese from the cheese fsctory across the street. We especially liked the short-holiday package...

Everything about this hotel was perfect except that we had a room above the patio for the pub and other guests were extremely loud even well past the midnight closing time so we couldn’t sleep.

Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come.

Wonderful room, fantastic view! Would have liked alittle better communication on needing to take a tram up the hill side to get to hotel. Friendly locals were quite helpful!!

Food was outstanding

It was a great place to stay. It seemed to be brand new. Easy to park the car in the back. We checked in trough a machine that gave us the card to have acces to the building and room. No ac system in the room, but it did not bother. Overall it was a great place since everything was self-service. There were at least a couple of places to go eat that were nerby.

The view is unbelievable

Except hotel with really large rooms. Very quiet place to stay and get your thoughts together and even meditate. I loved the quietness and the scenery around to hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel restaurant was also very good. We also toured the local “Pilgrim Craft Beer Brewery” located next door to the hotel.
