"Welcoming staff and rooms offered what you need. Gym a little sparse and no hand sanitizer or equipment to clean the machines were available. They there than that I’d recommend and stay here again."

"We stayed in a 1 room 2 queen beds on the third floor. The room and bathroom were spacious and the breakfast was decent. My only and major complaint is the carpet is old and stained. When we first went in it had a musty smell. Once you stay in it you don't feel it that much, but it was a turn off. After I complained about the smell on the second day the smell got better. I am not sure whether they vent it while we were away. Bottom line the room need a new carpet."

"Okay first I would like to start this by emphasizing we were in room 321 and I do not know if this is strictly having to do with this specific room. When we got into the room every single item was unplugged. Except for the refrigerator. Even the phone was unplugged the phone wire was plugged into itself and we could not find where that wire was supposed to go so we just left it unplugged. Terrible customer service, rude and disrespectful to customers, inadequate facilities, tv didn't work properly, sink didn't drain while shaving, filthy building, and homeless all over the lobby and parking lot. On top of that, they keep your security deposit when you complain. I would avoid this place like the plague."

"Staff went above and beyond. Spacious and clean rooms with well designed furniture and lighting. (Finally! A hotel bathroom mirror with decent lighting!) They could use more sound proofing in the hallways and between rooms. The fans in our room were also a bit loud but this is a very minor complaint. Great location, especially for Fenway events. Nice to have onsite parking!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel. We had water views and it did not disappoint. The only challenging part was cool. A few of the staff members that we had came into contact with to ask a simple question about linens or towels did not speak duel so they were just Spanish only so they didn’t understand but otherwise everyone was really nice friendly beautiful hotel would definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel set at the Seaport across from the Leader Bank Pavilion. When we checked in, the desk informed us there was a concert that night. We were there for the concert, but it was nice that he warned us."

"The ac unit in room was extremely loud to the point we had to wear ear plugs. There was also a club extremely close to the hotel bumping music loud enough we could hear in our room till 10 pm. Thank goodness it stopped. Not necessarily the best for family."

"A high fee, on top of the incidentals fee, that you don’t get back ($200 for 2 nights), that was never explained why. We stayed two nights, never used the housekeeping service. The rooms, though unique, are incredibly small, you can’t have the bed down and get through to the bathroom easily. The bathroom and shower have clear doors, next to a window to the city, so you have to close the shades every time, and also close the shade facing the bed so your roommates can’t see.
