"The place is close to everything about 30 minutes drive from major attractions and beaches. The breakfast is good, and if you plan to stay lo ger it is the place to go with a shareable laundru and kitchen."

"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "

" O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. Mando meus agradecimentos ao pessoal que cuida, são todos jovens, em especial ao Muriel, que foi muito prestativo comigo."

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Employees are very nice, but I think some of the could speak spanish or english as well it’s troublesome for spanish speakers go to Floripa for tourism or business and try to communicate with people of you don’t know portuguese."
