"Wow the staff here is so nice. They left me flowers in my room on my birthday. They will clean the room everyday unless you put up the Do Not Disturb sign. Breakfast includes eggs meat and cheese not just basic continental. Great central location. Loved it!"

"We loved everything about our stay at the Owl Hotel. It is a lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to museums including Van Gogh, bars, restaurants, trams and canal cruises. Very lovely courtyard in the back. Breakfast was available though I didn’t eat there. A bar available for a night cap at the end of the day. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. I hope I have the opportunity to stay at the Owl again someday"

"This was close to tram stop. Lots of restaurants nearby. We ate at a really good Indonesian restaurant. Close to beautiful park. Have to go to hotel de hallem to check in. Silverware drawer hidden under stove. Comfy bed! Great TV options."

"I really liked this hotel. Not very central central of Amsterdam but it is convenient with trams , convenience store and some restaurants near by. Staff was helpful. Room is clean, modern and good size comparing to Amsterdam standards. Also has a nice and calm garden."

The staff was kind of passive aggressive sometimes, but I think that goes along with being Dutch? Rental bikes were great! Location was in a residential area, so lots of places to eat and drink and shop nearby, close to transit, really good all-around. Enjoyed it!"

It was not completely closed when we first entered the apartment. The husband worked really hard to get it as closed as possible. The toilet smells. The radiator in the bedroom doesn't work very well. It was very cold on some nights. And we had winter clothes from the Arctic. Paint is peeling in the bedroom. There are...
