It’s a great place to start or end your trip to Kenya as it’s in a quiet, peaceful part of Nairobi, with a beautiful secluded garden full of birds. "There were many things we liked about our two stays at LIA including: 1) the driver from LIA who picked us up was on time and friendly; 2) we had two breakfasts and two dinners on our two stays and these all meals included several options to choose and the dining staff was very friendly; 3) the room was clean and comfortable; and 4) the check-in/check-out staff was very hospitable and allowed us to keep two of our bags there while we went on a safari."

"We had a fantastic stay here and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Natasha and Gladys for looking after us so well. We are cyclists from Australia travelling the world on our bicycles . We appreciated the calmness and special attention we received over the 3 nights we stayed. The food was exceptional and a big thank you to the chef that did a great job dealing with my intolerances. Absolutely highly recommend staying here!"

"We only stayed for one night, but overall our experience was positive. The airport shuttle service was excellent. The organisation was very professional, it was easy to locate staff at the airport, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. There were, however, a few issues with our room. It did not appear to be cleaned to the expected standard, as we found several hairs on the bedside tables and on the floor. In addition, when I requested clean towels in the morning, I was asked to bring the dirty towels to the member of staff who was cleaning. I did not feel this was an appropriate guest experience and was disappointed by the interaction. On a positive note, breakfast was good, and plenty to choose from and the staff in the breakfast area were proactive, helpful, and attentive."

"This turned out to be the best experience of our trip. Gorgeous property in a safe and walkable area to many restaurants and shops. The staff are so kind, helpful, and go over and above to ensure guests are happy. There’s a wonderful restaurant on the property. Great food and great variety. Excellent coffee. This property supports the Kibera community by donating profits to the community. There’s a shop on the property where you can buy beautiful crafts, jewelry made in the community. Everyone here is always smiling and so kind. The rooms are clean, beautiful and have anything you can need along with special great smelling soaps and hair products. We look forward to returning to Nairobi and staying at Acacia tree lodge again. Thank you Stephen for sharing your beautiful life and community with us. You are forever in our hearts."

"The infrastructure is amazing indeed 😍, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful. Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff. But at the spa it didn’t go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. Therapist not professional at all. Both my wife and i didn’t like it all at the Spa. I hope the hotel authorities are away of this negative touch point and working on it. Checkout at 10am we found it too early , I think that is the earliest checkout time we’ve come across. For the money we paid, we were expecting a more higher service than we received."
