Hotels in Parklands

Very clean property and very helpful staff.

Nice clean comfortable stay close walking or very close taxi drive to everything

The hotel is quite new. Service is perfect. Breakfast is very good. I like the Faith, the receptionist who arranged good safari trip to me. I will definitely come back again as I often travel to Kenya for business.

Excellent hotel

Nice clean rooms with the staff being very helpful

We stayed from September 2 thru September 9. It was wonderful the whole time. The restaurant staff was the best. They were always pleasant and helpful. It was kept extremely clean and the food was fantastic. We would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Nairobi. The rooms were cleaned every day wth plenty of bottled water in the rooms. Whenever any of the staff saw you they made sure everything was ok with you. The pool was beautiful. My only negative was smoking at the pool.

We scheduled to have a car pick us up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My wife and I were picked up by a very friendly employee (Antony) who introduced us to his city and taught us about the area during the drive. There was quite a bit of traffic at the time we landed, so the drive to the hotel took almost an hour. Great experience, cudtom friendly, safe and secure with assistance from staff with your travel needs.

I discovered Maison Royale in early April via Expedia and so relieved I did ! I frequently travel to Nairobi and it is now the only place I will stay. The affordable luxury, out-going and excellent staff, and overall commitment to the guests is a combination I so rarely have found in my 25 plus years of traveling. Nairobi is so lucky to have this rare gem ! The 24 hour food service, impeccable rooms, extremely comfy beds/pillows, spacious bathrooms, top of the line fixtures, truly welcoming...

Loved our stay. The rooms were clean and nice, the food was good, and the staff was very friendly.

Staff is very warm, kind and helpful, The food is very good and the service is exceptional. Installations are cleaned and well maintained. The only thing is the quality of the coffee, which needs to be improved to match the high level of other beverage and food items.

I just got back from a 3 night stay at Baraka Tower and it was such a nice hotel with amazing central ac! I loved the staff so friendly and attentive! The breakfast was pretty good too. I had dinner a couple of nights and enjoyed the food. Big servings too! I was always greeted and asked how everything was. I recommend staying here. Budget friendly and pretty close to everything I needed. Ubers are easy to get and super cheap! $2-$4usd depending where you're going.

Staff are friendly and professional. Hotel is very clean overall

Location and staff was excellent for my visit.
