"Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was done within the hour."

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely small hotel with amazing staff. It is located about 3K from Rethymnon old town making it a quieter location for a peaceful holiday, but there are still plenty of good eateries and shops near by and a taxi into town is 12 euro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s right on the beach and boasts 3 pools (one of which is indoors). There are more sun loungers than guests so you will always find somewhere to soak up the sun whenever you venture out. The pools are all less than 1.5m deep and there is also a small toddler pool in the garden of the hotel. The beach is shingle so bring water shoes, and it gets deep very close to the shore so not really suitable for little ones. The restaurant is excellent and there is also a pool/beach bar during the day. We had a family suite which had a mezzanine for a king sized bed and sofa beds in the living areas. Slight criticism about this room type for a family. The room is pretty much all open plan inc the bathroom. The toilet and shower are in the same cubicle which although screened from the room with an opaque door, it’s not floor to ceiling so everyone in the room can hear and smell what you are up to. And you will get wet feet (and trousers) if you go to the loo after someone has had a shower."

"We had a superior sea view room which did not disappoint. We only stayed 3 nights but thoroughly enjoyed it. Evenings are chilled, and daytimes we used the private beach. An overall luxurious resort."
