We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.

When choosing this hotel we weren't expecting all that much. Our first time in Brugge and all the options seemed modest. However, Brugge was enchanting from the time we approached the city center! The narrow streets, the medieval buildings all over town, the warmth of the people was fabulous. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very helpful with our car and luggage, they offered water and sweets while we checked in. Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff/owners are very nice and the hotel and gardens are simply beautiful. I loved the decorations and furnishings of the common areas. The breakfast is included in the price and was excellent.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet excellent and many options to choose from. Walkable distance from train station and all major landmarks. Rooms comfortable, spacious and clean. I will stay here again

Very confortable but to carry my bags to my room was awful . Stairs to get to the lobby and the elevator and stairs again from the elevator to my room NO HELP AT ALL We are seniors and could not carry around , should think of this .

Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. Super close to the train station. Walked to the cute city center but can also take a taxi or uber. Staff was nice. Construction is happening around the hotel but it was quiet inside. Recommend!

This hotel was so quaint and beautiful! They had nice amenities and friendly staff. It was just blocks from the busy squares but very quiet!

Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.

Newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable. Water station on every floor. Not in the middle of town but everything is walkable.

I really liked this hotel, front desk person was very informative. The only negative thing about this hotel was the they have 2 poor little birds by the stairs, everytime i was coming down or up they were very nervous. I feel like they were having them for decoration, i would say if so please keep them in another place where they wont be disturbed by guests. Feed them with better food and where they can receive direct sun light. The 2 nights i was there i could hear them chirping I didnt mind,...

Had a large and comfortable room overlooking the canal. The sitting area in the room was comfortable and made for great nights in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Price was more than reasonable. Excellent experience!
