"Room was clean. Location for us was good. It wasn’t close to the metro but you could make it work. Breakfast was very disappointing for the amount that we paid. Would suggest eating outside the hotel. Parking was hair-raising. Would have been nice to have another chair in the room. Only one pillow so we called down to the desk. We had to pick it up ourselves. I needed ice for a knee injury and they were very helpful."

"I did not enjoy my stay here and did not feel heard or seen by hotel staff… Broken air conditioning, noisy non-soundproof rooms, confusing hotel signage, and unhelpful reception staff. While the breakfast buffet food was decent and one server named Lucas was friendly and was the only staff that engaged with hotel patrons. Breakfast service overall was poor, including being ignored when trying to order an omelette. My room became unbearably hot during +27°C weather and hotel front desk did not properly address. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel."

"A unique concept and in a great location. The room is minimalist, the bed comfortable and has exactly what is needed. The bathroom is modern and very clean. Great water pressure! I didn't miss a TV, closet, dresser, blah blah blah for only 2 nights. The lounge and eating areas are beautiful and comfortable if one wants to sit in a chair with a table. Great value and cool, boutique vibe. I'll be making the ZeroBox hotel group my first choice for stays in Portugal."

"The absolute best thing about the Social Hub Porto is the location. You can literally walk everywhere from there. It has a vibrant feel, the breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The elevator can be very slow during busy times - 15 minute wait with suitcases. And upon arrival in our car it was completely unclear where to go, where to park, and how to get into the hotel. Something they could work on in the check in instructions. Loved it anyway."

"We had a great stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff were all excellent - friendly and helpful. The concierge gave us excellent dinner recommendations, and Felipe was so kind when we left and had trouble getting our Uber! He assisted us by talking with the Uber driver, who went to the wrong pickup spot, and carried our bags out around the corner to meet the driver. Above and beyond / excellent service! Service was impeccable! The best! The rooms are on the smaller side, but adequate for a few days. Bath/showers products were excellent. Nice job having shampoo and conditioner in the shower! Building was art deco design and well cared for - staff always cleaning. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, as well as having coffee and pastry in the bistro, and drinks outside. We would definitely return!"

"Good location to Porto for walking. The room had some mood changing LED features that we didn't need and a shower/toilet separated by fogged glass that could lead to privacy issues for some travelers."
