"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Krakow during a trip with my sister, and the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and every detail felt thoughtfully looked after. Staying here...
"Very pleasant hotel on the edge of the Jewish quarter with its many lively bars and restaurants not to mention historical sites . Easy to walk but also right opposite a tram stop . Very comfortable room and pleasant staff"
"This hotel is one of a small number of hotels owned by the one owner and you can see how proud the owner and his staff are of their jewels. Not expensive, small but cosey rooms, great kitchen, bar and lounge room and inside and out dining areas. Excellent furnishings and artwork, brilliant location 400 metres from the magnificent and vibrant Krakow Main Square which is a locals and tourist oasis and only 10 minutes walk to the main Krakow train station. You could not do better than this in...
"The cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was faultless . Even though close to the station , the noise disruption was minimal . Breakfast is a basic continental style, but perfectly adequate. Restaurants nearby and plenty of shops on the street , but also the station is literally next door and has a very large selection of shops and places to eat .
If using for a base , this place is ideal - travelled to Auschwitz, salt mines and Zakopane from there - train tickets are cheaper than Uk and...

It was a surprise that this hotel was so lovely--for the price, especially. I was only staying here because it seemed nice enough for a one-night stop to pick up my fella from the nearish Krakow airport, but it would have been worth a longer stay, for sure.
It has a kinda old-world thing going on, with big private balconies and lots of burgundy and lots of dark wood, but the pool and soaking tub is in a very shiny, fetchingly designed new building.
The staff is young, vibrant and all...
If you need an amazing hotel for a night before your flight, this is the place! Modern looking rooms, spatious, awesome! Also, the dinner was amazing: you could enjoy Polish dishes with a great chef touch -- simply delicious! And breakfest was very tasty too (free, included with the price) -- great selection.
Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.
The hotel overall was very good, great buffet breakfast , clean room, but the sofa bed was too small for my two children, I wish that they would mention the size of sofa while booking the room, I would get an extra rollaway. Also, the free wifi didn't work on 8th floor, which was strange, because it worked on the 10th floor at our previous room when we visited earlier. Well, the stay was nice, hotel is little further from Old Town, but shuttle service provided for free is very helpful to get you...
The staff warmly greeted us at reception. They answered all my questions about the surrounding area. They even helped us schedule our Warwel Castle trip. Breakfast was very good with a large variety of fresh fruits, breads, meat and cheeses, to go along with the more traditional breakfast foods. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping did a super job. I want to thank all of the staff for a very enjoyable experience.
Absolutely the One of the Best Experiences! Very friendly, comfortable and enjoyable places to stay! Excellent customer service from when you walk into the lobby and when you leave. I really enjoyed my room, it was very comfortable and I did not want to leave and explore the city! True story! Definitely a home away from home. Thanks for the perfect hospitality experience!
The management and staff at Hotel Copernicus are superb. They are skilled, friendly and eager to help all guests. I felt particularly welcomed, because they all remembered me from my stay there last year. Their friendliness is genuine and heartwarming.
The staff here was amazing! They were incredible at giving us help navigating the city, tours and keeping us up to date on closures with the coronovirus. The morning we left, they had the taxi driver there early so we wouldn't miss our flights and made us a very delicious lunch to take with us. The hotel is in a perfect location between the Glowny train station and old town. The free breakfast in the morning is complete and fantadtic. I highly recommend this hotel if visiting in Krakow.
