"I had several issues: 1.) My bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in. There was hair left in the bath tub from the previous guest. 2.) I’m on a cane and was given a room furthest from the front door. 3,) My security lock didn’t work. When I called for someone to fix it, the lady who came tried and couldn’t fix it. He said no one’s going to get you we have cameras. Luckily my son who came to visit was able to get it working. 4.) I didn’t require housekeeping while staying so, when I requested another roll of toilet paper, I was told to come to the front to get it. When I told the person who answered the phone I was on a cane and the walk was too far for me to walk. He said, my housekeepers are too busy. I told him I’m in no hurry that someone could drop it off when they are in the area. 5.) The walls are paper thin. I jumped every time the person next door flushed their toilet. I won’t be staying there again. I need to be somewhere where folks are compassionate to folks with disabilities."
