Great stay expectations met

One elevator was out of order and the furniture in the room was visibly worn but EVERYTHING was CLEAN. The AMAZING staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast was FRESH AND DELICIOUS with good selections. The breakfast area was kept very clean! The carpets were clean. The area was quiet and the view was pretty. This was great value for the price!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in our suite. We were in town for the weekend and needed comfy lodging as we were celebrating his birthday. We stayed here before and it was awesome. This time we had a fireplace, but didn't use it. Staff is friendly. Environment was holiday ready. My only problem was that now with COVID being an issue, breakfast is real basic.

I Would stay here again. I need to write more characters.

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Everything was excellent! Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the pool and the on-site restaurant. Chef Dave’s cooking was delicious, we would go back for dinner even if we weren’t staying there!

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone...

Booked trip for Baltimore football game. Two weeks before the game, my original hotel canceled my booking and I was forced to find another one. May have been the best thing. This hotel was great all around. Upon arrival the front desk was polite and answered all our questions about walking directions to various places around. Recommended food choices as well. Just got back from a three night stay. The property was safe, clean and quiet. The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We went to the Ravens game and got to the stadium via ride share very easily then walked half way back until we found some Lime scooters and rode the rest of the way. The room was spacious. The hotel was so dog friendly. We even had water bowls and Milk Bone treats at the front for the dogs. The restaurant was so great and convenient. The staff was really helpful.

This was an overnight and I must say we was very pleased. The customer service provided by Elias was top notch. Will definitely recommend this property and will return.
