Palacio de Oquendo means Oquendo's palace--enough said--it is a high-end property. Check-in was flawless. Our room was a short stairway up; they offered to carry our bags to our room. This hotel was a great find that made our vacation a comfortable and memorable one. The room and the decoration of the hotel was warm and welcoming, and everything provided in the room was in great condition. In addition, the staff were really friendly and helpful on giving recommendations.
