"The Hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of most of the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but it looked very nice. We made use of the balcony in our room a couple of times but due to a big show on Friday and Saturday in the arena it was a bit noisy for us to sit out. My only criticism would be the amount of doors we had to go through to get to our room. Each one requires a key and it is impossible to be quiet for the other guests with the amount of keys provided. That said I would certainly recommend the Hotel and it is likely that we will return again in the near future."

The staff was extremely friendly and helped me park my car in the associated garage The location is perfect for with access to the main street fares and also to the Arena Di Verona. "Exceptional setup for an airport hotel. Beautiful building, nice spa, good restaurant. However we were disappointed by 2 things: - the reception staff were rude (“sorry talk to my colleague I’m doing something urgent”, “now you have to pay” after I asked the details of a bill and confirm this is fine, another one hanging up on me on the phone…) - the junior suite was just a large room (nothing that would typically justify the name “suite” such as a proper sitting area)"
