"Room was on the 1st in tower 2. It was steps away from the pool and lobby. Everything was very clean. Only thing I can say it the bathroom was a little small but of course I wasn’t there for the bathroom. I had a wonderful time there with my family. I will use this location for all of my future visits in the area!!"

"Free parking, free shuttle to universal (we didn’t take it but it was offered to us), friendly staff, and very clean and updated room. The only issue we had was that our TV randomly stopped working during our stay but it was not a big deal nor a big inconvenience for us. Couldn’t beat the price and location for a last minute universal trip. Traveled with two small kids. There was also a breakfast included in our stay which was a standard continental breakfast which did the job!"
