The Penz Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff, great location, and the breakfast was fantastic! So many choices including gluten free pastries/cookies for my gf friend. I hope to visit Innsbruck again and if I do, I will stay here. "
"Great location - right opposite the funicular railway and a short walk to the centre. Uber to airport cost 15 euro. Spa area was lovely. I’d recommend. "
"The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay."
"The hotel was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of foods. Great coffee. The room was warm, comfortable, and soundproof. I had a view of the mountains and the night sky. The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Many thanks to you. If I have a chance to return to Innsbruck I will definitely return to Mondschein. Thank you!"
"Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."
"Excellent location and cleanliness of hotel is well maintained . The best breakfast buffet in Europe i ever had. Sad that we did get a room with the mountainous view . "
"Fantastic stay again at the AC in Innsbruck. Great hotel whch is very well located for the Christmas markets we were visiting. Such friendly staff and really good rooms. Breakfast is very good and with an excellent team serving you. Looking forward to returning."
