My wife and I stayed in Haus am Stadttor for two nights in August 2025. We absolutely loved the place. It is perfectly located and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need for a short or long-term stay. We slept like babies in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the quiet, though the house is located a very short walk to the altstadt. Mathias was also very friendly, welcoming, kind, helpful and flexible. He let us check in early and allowed us a late check-out. All-in-all, a great...
The rooms are so comfortable and have everything to feel relaxed. The pool and sauna are superb and spotless. There is a choice of four restaurants and we ate very well indeed with excellent service and a superb wine list .
We had a nice stay at the hotel. It is located in an interesting old part of the town and was quiet but convenient. The staff were very accommodating and the restaurant was very good.

Wow, what a great place to stay. Carolina, Jesus, Maria and others were just wonderful at the bar. Loved the room, very cool shower and comfortable bed. The Latin Night at the bar was so fun...we really enjoyed it. Carolina and Maria were there at the end to help us with drinks and get us a cab. Absolutely loved it, and will come again.
