"Everything was perfect! Wr loved and enjoyed our stay so much. The only detail we found was in the kids area, which was quite dirty (no talking about kids dirty), but a lot of dirt and and spider webs. Besides that, everything excellent!"

The only thing we didn't like was that the ladies in the reception were extremely rude and didn't have any manor how to speak to people. I said good morning, and she's not even responding. People in the restaurant were lovely and helpful. In general we had good stay"

"This hotel is a quick 3 minute train ride from the centre of Innsbruck. It has a couple of supermarkets nearby and even a couple of restaurants. The room was clean and tidy with housekeeping available daily if wanted. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend."
