Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

First and foremost the staff (specifically Maria - night reception) went above and beyond helping for providing an excellent service to whatever questions or needs when asked. I can not thank you enough. Hotel EXTREMELY clean throughout common and room areas. Very safe and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast had made to order eggs and multiple options…kids didn’t complain once.
