We booked an apartment with two bedrooms in the old part of the hotel and were very disappointed in the condition and atmosphere. So, we upgraded to two suites which were both delightful, spacious, airy with mountain views. We had half board, delicious dinners and excellent buffet breakfast, great to start the day with all the adventures in the area - hiking, rafting etc and the sauna, steam room and pool in the hotel. We rented the Hotel's electric mountain bikes which were fantastic. Staff...
