Once we were there, everything was fantastic. Only thing that was bad was their communication before arriving at the hotel. Sent several emails to them before arrival, which were never answered. Once there I told them about this and there was no hint of apologies.

Fabulous hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The housekeeeping staff was meticulous and proactive in meeting the needs of the guests and keeping the room in good order while we were out. Beautifully designed rooms and public spaces. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful room. The location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

Parking isn't easy, since it's not available close to the hotel. However, Anna on the hotel staff came with us, and helped us park and bring our bags to the hotel through the complicated and narrow streets of the old town neighborhood of Seville. We were amazed by the beautiful and welcoming interior. The breakfasts in the morning were great, and served in style. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean.

The Hotel Rey Alfonso is located on what I'd describe as the outer rim of the Santa Cruz section. So it's perfect for people (like me) who want to be near the action but not IN the action. That said, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the Real Alcázar and cathedral are less than 10 minutes away on foot -- a lovely stroll through Seville's charming streets. I had options for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I wanted, and it was close to shopping and leisure areas alike.

The reception ladies were very helpful with things like reserving a bus, a cab, or giving suggestions. The bed was very comfortable-by Europe standards. The location is very central, near the plaza de arenas bus station and el Cortes ingles. We walked everywhere! The only 2 complaints are the shower is tiny ams the walls are very thin. Had a hard time falling asleep one night because I could hear the people above me and in the lobby. Overall wonderful stay, I highly recommend.

When we first saw the neighborhood around this hotel, we weren't sure if we'd like it. Then we discovered an oasis in a bustling city. H10 Corregidor was quiet, charming, clean and comfortable. While smaller than American hotel rooms, our room was logically fitted to accommodate our needs. Our room overlooked the breakfast patio where guests can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet. The lobby was large and beautiful. We found a great café around the block and two fabulous veg-friendly restaurants...

The hotel room was beautifully decorated, everything was new and spanking clean. The pool was fun and all the staff very friendly.

Awesome location

I had done a lot of research before booking my trip to Seville to ensure we stayed in the right part of town and at a respectable hotel. Petit Palace is located in the old Santa Cruz district, which is where you want to be!!! We enjoyed walking the short walk of narrow streets with beautiful architecture, churches etc, toward the lively strips of restaurants and the Catherdral. It wasn’t loud at night around the hotel at all. The double room was a tad on the smaller side but its to be expected...
