"Her name escapes me at the moment, because we stayed there three months ago, but I will never forget her face, and the amazing above-and-beyond service she provided us. I believe it was something like Michele or Celine. She is a mature lady with a beautiful face and dark hair. At first she told us that there was no room in the hotel garage because we hadn't preordered, then she told us to drive by again and she would open the door for us. She kept our keys so that people needing to get out could do so. I also thought I had requested a ground-floor room, but she said no problem to change, and walked us across the street to our lovely large room. She also lent us a corkpull. Her sweet sunny disposition will always keep her in our hoteliers hall of fame!"

"For a budget hotel it was perfect. It was clean and had everything you could require for an overnight stop on a journey. It is close to the shops and restaurants and was easy for parking. I would definitely stay there the next time I’m heading that way."

"Parking was safe and straightforward. Check in was easy even though reception was closed, codes to doors and location of keys explained. Studio was spacious and good value for money and as described. On such a hot night would have benefited from air conditioning but wasn’t too much of a problem."

"Located in a quiet place - that values in Troyes as the proximity of all restaurants/ attractions - is in a walking distance. All rooms are clean and air-conditioned - great plus - during our stay with +36C day temperature. Beds ( king size) are great with high quality linen/pillows. Good size of the bathroom / shower- though only large dripping shower head is operational. All utilities/ trims are old and outdated as probably at most appartments/hotels in Troyes - but in OK shape - at least wooden floor does not squeak on each step. Communication to host is a challenge - no response in the booking messenger / but I managed to setup check-in by calling phone Nr."
