"There’s disabled parking right at the hotel but to understand how to access it call the hotel direct so you don’t get caught out. The rooms are on the small side as are the beds, we had a room for 3 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty available. If Miles is on reception you’ll be well looked after. He explained all about the Quays and shopping and dining options and really knows his stuff. It makes it easier to shop till you drop knowing the hotel is easily accessible"

"WiFi is awful! It’s just really poor but free so everyone is using a system not able to cope.Also, disabled parking spaces were blocked off with building work so parking was harder than it should have been.
Breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant each take a station and were really on it all the time so nothing ran empty and everything was hot and fresh and there were no delays. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi is colder than it should be and was fed with cold water."

"Very spacious ground floor room with very clean walk in shower and bowl and mat for our dog. The food was good both evening and the breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. Very reasonable price - would go again.
Parking nearby is a bit confusing currently as signs say the car park is suspended but people are using it and the machines all work."
