"Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink seemed to be unclean. "Great hotel; clean, secure, safe, and convenient. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly, informative, and very welcoming (24-hr coffee access in lobby!) Room was clean and loaded with extras; larger refrigerator for a hotel, microwave, variety of teas/coffee, and couch w/ottoman. Breakfast was better than most; two types of egg dishes, sausage, various bread/pastry offerings, good cereal choices (including oatmeal), and waffle-making station. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym, but I'll definitely be back..."
