Gorgeous small hotel in a very pretty village. The family that runs the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. Doing a half day tour of the market and a waterfall was a highlight. There’s a non-touristy waterfall a short walk from the hotel. A very special place.

Very neat and organized, the food was delicious

The villa was absolutely wonderful. I loved the view and the pool was private and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. It was nice that they provided a menu to be able to order dinner and breakfast delivered to the room since I didn't feel like driving after dark.

Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The free breakfast is great over looking the jungle the view is magical ! If you want to experience UBUD Ayung resort is a must ! Thank you to all the staff from Damian and Sonia

The Maya Ubud was incredible! Perfect for a couples getaway. The property and grounds are beautiful and the villas are quiet and very private. Even though the resort was almost full it never felt that way, the atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious the entire time. The breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate does not disappoint, it was our best meal most days. The hotel location has easy access to the center of Ubud and the hotel has great (and cheap) taxi service anywhere you want to...

This is a lovely boutique hotel right outside the chaos of Ubud. It offers a quiet, relaxing environment and the pool is stunning. Best of all is the kind, caring staff who greet you and are eager to help in any way possible. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....

Great Hotel!! With Organic, Vegetarian and local Restaurant With shuttle service to Ubud Center (4* in ammenities due it didn’t pick me up from the town to the hotel twice). Be advice to use it only to use it from the hotel to the town... In General it’s a Great Hotel I’ll be back...

what a gorgeous lobby! check in was easy and quick, esp when they give you a refreshing cold drink while waiting. staff was always nice and helpful during the whole trip (suggested places to see traditional dance performances, looked up times for Yoga Barn for me, etc). Rooms were perfectly clean and comfy- showers were a little strange bc it was entirely see through, but manageable. hotel was within walking distance to so many places to see, eat, and shop, as well as atm and marts. best...

This place was impeccably clean and we'll kept. The pools were amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. I did not eat at the restaurant so I can't vouge for that.

The hype is absolutely real and this property deserves all the 5 star reviews! The property manager and the lovely boys that run this place do a PHENOMENAL job of keeping the place pristinely clean! We are not resort people at all, but we did enjoy our stay at the Bali Beach Hotel. Great room overlooking the ocean and pool area. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and dinner at the new Spanish style one on the roof and the traditional Balinese food in the hotel. Highly recommended.

If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. Bali with its congestion and litter isn't really all a paradise. The moment you walk into the Trans hotel that changes. This hotel really seems to "get" the customer service/satisfaction piece. Every (and I mean every) person that we encountered over our stay was gracious, helpful and genuinely happy. As you sit by the 80 meter long pool, time and stress seems to melt away into the imported sand beach. Food was excellent, free parking was much appreciated, and the shuttle to the Shopping...

Where to start. I chose this hotel for my honeymoon and I'm very happy I did. I booked the lagoon view room but when I arrived I asked to be moved to the best Lagoon room with access to the private lagoon pool and out door bed. Now what I didn't know is that they knew it was my honeymoon so in the old room they had a cake and an amazing swan made out of towels on the bed with flower pestles around it. What made me happy was when I asked to be moved to a better room, they made the same thing...
