Great stay

I was supposed to go out sightseeing & visit the historic sights of the city, but the hotel comfort (nice food, fast wi-fi, comfortable room) made me lazy. The days went by so fast & I ended up sightseeing on my way back to the Airport, which is a good ride thru a well maintained green zone on the highway to the airport.

This hotel is very clean and pleasant ambience inside. Hotel staff were exceptionally good and courteous. Breakfast food is very delicious and have all Indian and western items. Staff were very attentive and they make sure you taste all kinds of foods. I was thrilled when cook came to me asked what do I like to eat and he is ready to make it for me. Good job Avasa.

Clean Room - Good for professionals and families too. Staff - kind and very accommodative. Ipshita snd Anjana deserves kudos. My mom was discharged from Yashoda Hospitals and came here to rest for 4 days before going to our City and she felt happy with their support. Amenities - Breakfast is super nice. Love the cleanliness in the restaurant. Chefs are eager to serve your needs and customize items for you. Everyday menu changes. WiFi is fast and we tried different rooms including Business...

Improvement and Trained staff needed in House Keeping, Avoid over charge Laundry service which the will ask cash instead, Mini Bar = Mini Robbery, But everything else is beyond expectation which over shadows these minor issue, Not to forget Pawan and kiran at Melange Restaurant on 1st floor. Heard someone complain about very few variety in buffet, for me i could not taste every thing in 10 day stay, very enjoyable stay, must try. Thanks The Golkonda Hyderabad Staff
