"The room and amenities were very useful with ample space for a family with 1 baby. Toilet had all necessary stuffs and clean as well with a great location very close to the bus stop. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the staff supervisor of the Day of check out who could learn some lessons of "Hospitality". The staff who was in during our check in was very understanding and helpful and seeing how cranky our baby was gave us a grace period until 10:30am even though the check out time is 10am but this staff member was there was totally blunt and sounded rude too. I understand staffs abide by rules which we understand but portraying that message to a customer in the right way is very important in Hospitality sector. Therfore 3 staff for hotel room and 1 star for that staff member."
