It was a stay to remember and to remmone dot everybody who wants to sleep in that area. Beautiful place, excellent location, very high comfort but the best part is whiteout a doubt Francesca. Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)
Palazzo Della Rosa Prati is a charming, centuries old building located in the heart of the historic center of Parma. We had a two bedroom deluxe suite which was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. The building is old, but the interior is modern, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. They helped us with dinner reservations and even arranged a cooking class for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked the Grand hotel Di Parma for a weekend getaway- the hotel is simply stunning, old world charm with impeccable service, discreet yet there when needed.
We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so we spent some time on our terrace with coffee and pastries- the whole experience was just what we needed and we will be back.
