"This was a very clean and comfortable hotel that exceeded my expectations for a three-star property. The air conditioning was some of the best I experienced during my stay in Europe, and the location was very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. At check in, they gave us a map and recommended places to eat because our family was starving, which we really appreciated. The rooms was very clean, and little touches like providing slippers made the stay feel a bit more special. Breakfast was also great. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a four star hotel, but for a three star hotel, I felt like I got a little more than expected. I would definitely stay here again."

"The reception staff were so lovely and friendly - I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was super helpful. Was so nice to use the plunge pool after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a great location and they had a fantastic buffet breakfast (including a great selection of gluten free). Highly recommend"

"This hotel was great! All new amenities, very clean and in a location ideal for access to the main train station. The pool was a highlight and, although it did get busy, we never waited long for a sun lounger. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful to us! They took our luggage to the room upon arrival and shuttled us to town. The grounds are beautiful. Next time we would stay longer! We hired a taxi and went to a small winery that was a great experience. St Agnes’s farm. You need a reservation. Fantastic wines!!"

"Beautiful hotel which was very conveniently located to tourist sights. The rooms were spacious. We asked to change after the first night and being tucked into the top floor. For some that might have been nostalgic, for us with two kids and tall people, we preferred more head room! The breakfast was delicious!"
