Amazing experience!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Host was literally the NICEST AND MOST CONSIDERATE HOST we have EVER HAD (for any hotel or Airbnb or anything!) extremely hospitable and helpful!
After a busy week in Rome for our 15th wedding anniversary, my husband and I escaped via train and ferry to Capri.
As we pulled into port, we called the Excelsior Parco as instructed, and in less than 5 minutes, we were picked up in a private car by our driver that quickly took our bags, opened our doors, and drove us to this beautiful villa. I cannot express how attentive the entire staff was for our stay--the moment we arrived, both villa doors were opened by smiling faces, and we were...
Hotel La Scalinatella was located in the best part of the island surrounded by the most amazing views. The hotel and room was the most comfortable we stayed in during our time on the Amalfi Coast. I wish we would have stayed here our entire trip, and took day excursions to all the other sights (Positano, Amalfi, Ravelo, Sorrento). The staff is so helpful and the free breakfast is AMAZING.
The entire Maison Mia staff was fantastic. Communication was excellent and check-in was a breeze. The Maison Mia Capri was absolutely stunning with amazing views of the ocean from the bedroom. The location was ideal for those wanting to stay in the heart of Capri, near shopping and restaurants. It was also just steps from the funiculars, which will take you up in about 10 minutes from the port.
We traveled as a family of 4 with two adult children and the apartment was more than spacious. Air...
moment I stepped into the elegant lobby until the moment I reluctantly checked out, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible staff. Their attentiveness was remarkable – they anticipated every need with a level of professionalism that was both impressive and genuinely warm. Every single person I interacted with, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. The service was seamless and...
Our stay at the La Minerva Hotel was simply unforgettable, from the minute we got to Capri to the time we left. Their hospitality started well before we arrived as they helped us with whatever we needed from arrival to departure and everything in between. We took the ferry from Naples to Capri and as soon as we arrived someone from the hotel met us at the ferry to take our luggages (prearranged) and gave us directions to get to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by the awesome...
I can not say enough great things about our stay. This was my wife's and I first trip to Capri. Everyone at Bella Silia was incredible and accommodating. We had the best visit the few days there. The room was clean ansld spacious. We had fresh water bottles every day. The breakfast on the roof, wow stunning. What an incredible experience these gentleman provide. We had been traveling for two weeks and they even helped us get some clothes clean. It was all amazing. The location was great! All...

Everything about this hotel met and exceeded expectations. If I had to be picky I would just say the hotel could have alerted me that it was 120$ for the luggage transfer that I mistakingly assumed was complimentary.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Brunella. Staff was very attentive. Our suite was impeccable, with an amazing view of the sea, large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Dining at their restaurant was an incredible experience. We will definitively want to be back there soon!
We have stayed in many hotels in Italy over the years from north to the south and the Capri Tiberio Palace my have been the best overall experience we have every had. Highly recommended!
Staff went above and beyond to help us. We were staying at a different hotel and my girlfriend wanted to stay another night. We booked this room and staff offered to pick up our luggage for us. They called our existing hotel and made all the arrangements. We started our day at 7am leaving our luggage at the old hotel and came to our room when the day was done. Everything was in the room waiting for us and check in was super easy. Thank you for making our extended stay so easy
I came to this place already loving it and I was not disappointed with my stay. In fact, I was disappointed with myself for only booking one night in Capri! This is such a convenient location being by the port and is right in front of the bus station and being steps away from the beach. Breakfast was one of my all time favorite breakfasts in Italy. They serve you as if you were eating at a restaurant and are all extremely helpful with tips on the town. I can't imagine staying elsewhere.
