"It was beautiful. The pool area was extremely clean. The service was great. The place itself is just breathtaking. We did have a power outage which affected the service at the restaurant but other than that everything was great. 10 out of 10. The place was heaven on earth. It does get really chilly at night cause you’re at the top of the mountain so make sure you take a big jacket. "

"I was very disappointed with our stay. The customer service started off on the wrong foot because the front desk employee was rude and unwelcoming. My sisters, my niece, and I each booked our own rooms, but we were placed on opposite sides of the property instead of near each other. To make matters worse, we were expected to share a single A/C remote between our rooms, which was extremely inconvenient. "Great property, right on the ocean but no beach access unless ya want to climb some rocks down. Awesome views, restaurants close by. Wifi worked for the phones but couldnt get any tv to work with, had to tether my cell to the roku, otherwise I would def go back, rooms are very big and the decoration is great. Full kitchen too. "

"The room looks old, but that was not a problem. It was dirty and a lot of small insects, small cockroaches, walking on the floors, small fleas on the bed and the carpet. I think my biggest concern were the small insects, the room maybe the hotels needs a fumigation ASAP !"
