Superb hotel echoes the colonial grace of the city of Granada and the life of the Spanish grandees. Felt pampered and looked after. Only there one night but would be pleased to return for a week. Friends stayed elsewhere for about the same price which offered facilities for infants, which this hotel does not. Both were lovely places near town centre. For us, this was ideal, though regretted no time for the pool.
The service and accommodations of this hotel is fantastic. My family was traveling in Nicaragua for a week and this was the last portion of our trip, we had a 12:45 am flight the following day. Everyone had a bad case of stomach flu....especially my 5 year old daughter. Rather than charging us for 2 nights the hotel aloud us to remain in the room free of charge till our transportation to the airport arrived. I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Do not hesitate to stay at...
Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining.

The ”homeless” man that someone rudely commented is a very friendly man who looked after us really well. He arranged food to be delivered to our room and our laundry to be done. Extremely service minded man! Great hotel at a beautiful place and good value for money
I have never experienced a more accommodating staff. Very friendly, understanding and when they say they will take care of yours needs or procure transportation or a delivery they do.
I love how it is located on the parking lot of a Mall. It was so convenient to go have dinner and the next morning we went back to the mall for breakfast and shopping.
My only suggestion is that the breakfast at the Hotel be cheaper or be included. $8 per person for breakfast, for a $100 dollar a night hotel seems to expensive to me.

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua.
