"I paid $50 extra for a deluxe premium room and I'm not sure what was deluxe about it. No coffee machine, no mini bar, just a fridge with a couple of bottles of water sitting on the bench. Water was an astounding $7 a bottle. I couldn't even make a half decent coffee in the room as there wasn't even the facilities. No utensils. A couple of mugs and some old coffee sachets. Inspiring at best. The room was not like the pictures at all. No benches at the end of the beds. We booked a double room with two doubles for 4 people and the room was only set up with enough for 2 people. I expected a bit more for premium deluxe but it had nothing additional."
