We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional. "This a nice hotel but i little old , the staff was good and polite, the foods at restaurants is good but the service is very slow .very nice pool . If you want to going at the beach you need to get Tuk Tuk 300 pesos one way for during 30 min"
