"Good"

"Had a great time at this hotel, will stay here in our next visit."

"Room was clean except they had no towels or wash rags in the room. We had to get our own at desk. We had to be moved after 9 pm on the first night. The tV was not working and when the man came he could not figure out why either so they moved us. The next room had 2 TVs and it took us a few minutes to figure out their operating system The other Tv did not work at all but we told them not to fix it because we really did not need it. The toilet ran constantly and the whole faucet was loose. We had to hold it when we turned it on. We were not moving again and i think they thought it was a bother to move us the first time. We told them about both tvs but did not tell them about faucet at sink in bathroom until we left. And decalf coffee was cold and too strong at breakfast. We ate out last day we will not stay here again "

"Rooms were clean, welcoming staff and great amenities and breakfast. Only issue is we called down to the front desk and used the Text app and no one came so we had to go down to the desk. Overall happy "

"You can only talk to the attendant through bullet proof glass. Freeway noise is extreme. Poor condition of rooms and stained towels."
